Different Kill List, different site.

In an open display of McCarthyism, Ukraine has pushed out a list of "Speakers who promote narratives consonant with Russian propaganda". This list goes to the SBU to carry out extrajudicial killings in the areas controlled by Ukraine. It should also be noted that Zelensky has banned 11 parties, suspended opposition media, and shown to be corrupt in a number of ways.

So it's to call out their critics as "Russian propagandists" while asking for their extrajudicial murder. Ukraine has a Kill List along with Germany doing the same for their journalists

So with that context out of the way, let's get into the Ukraine List:

Mr. Nielsen has degrees in the history of ideas and communication. He is a former Moscow correspondent for the major Danish daily Politiken in the late 1990s. He is the author of several books about Russia and the Ukraine, and a leader of the Russian-Danish Dialogue organization. In addition, he is an associate professor of communication and cultural differences at the Niels Brock Business College in Denmark.
